At The Baking Mama, we carefully pack every baking product to ensure it reaches you safely and in good condition.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship orders across India.
• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
• Remote and certain pin codes may require additional delivery time.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, where available.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

All baking tools, accessories, and other products are securely packed before dispatch. However, minor marks or variations may occur during transportation.

For products containing multiple pieces or fragile components, we take additional care with packaging to minimize the possibility of damage during transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.

The Baking Mama will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For any shipping-related concerns, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos/videos.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
